Shakeology review
I'm a Man Food kind of guy. Veggies for me consisted of creamed spinach with a nice bloody steak. Shakeology is getting me on the right path of taking in better nutrients (and I can gulp it down fast)

Shakeology
I have Shakeology for lunch and I'm surprised that I never get those afternoon sweet cravings any more that never fail to sabatoge my diets.

Shakeology
I've been taking Shakeology for the past month, what a difference, I could Shake my booty all night long, I have so much energy and I have definitely lost some inches.

Shakeology Review
This stuff is expensive, but i think its worth the money. I got so tired and broke from of ordering out for lunch every day (average spend $11). Now I make the meal replacement shake, go for a quick walk, clear my head and am so much more productive in the afternoon with out the food coma.
I like both flavors but the greenberry is easier to mix with stuff, I usually do it with water and ad fresh fruit.
