Extreme Fitness Results utilizes UPS Ground service for standard delivery within the Continental US. Expedited delivery options by UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day Air are available for an additional cost. For P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, DHL Smartmail service will be used.

Estimated Delivery Times
Please use this as a guide for estimated delivery times. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipments within the Continental US will have an estimated delivery time of 5 – 7 business days.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take 10 to 15+ business days from the date your order has shipped.
Shipments to Puerto Rico may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery from the date your order has shipped.
Packages sent to P.O. Box addresses will be sent by DHL Smartmail and may take up 10 to 15+ business days from the date your order has shipped.
For APO/FPO addresses DHL Smartmail is also used and may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, depending upon location.

Return Policy
If you are wish to make a return, you will need to obtain an RMA code from Extreme Fitness Results. To obtain the RMA Code, please complete the Return Form in the "Contact Us" section of our site and press the summit button. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you (via email) with a Return Authorization code (RA code) and instructions that you must follow to return your order.
1. The official RA code must be written and clearly visible outside the package in order for us to accept your return.
2. Please remember to include ALL original packaging, ALL original contents, accessories and related documentation. If your returned products do not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
3. All returns must be shipped to the address provided on the instructions within 30 days that you have been issued RA code. Please do not ship your return package COD because the package will not be accepted.
4. After your return package has been received and inspected, Extreme Fitness Result will issue a refund amount equivalent to your initial order minus the cost of shipping and handling. A refund will be issued back to your credit card within 14 business days.
