Pretty Handy
  I'd say I am pretty much a gym rat and I like working out where ever I go. Last week I went on vacation with my wife and was still able to put in a workout using the Resistance Bands Kit. Very easy to carry around, I just stuck them in my bag and used them in our hotel most mornings before we started our day.
