What Is Max Interval Training?

Max Interval Training is the secret behind Shaun T’s Insanity Workout. If you want to maximize your results from the workout you will need to execute the classes in the correct order so as to derive the maximum benefit from his Max Interval Training.

In short, Max Interval Training is the inversion of the traditional Interval Training concept.
