Component # 1YogaThe word yoga means to merge or unite, and the practice of yoga melds physical postures with breathing techniques and healing meditation. Although yoga is experiencing a trendy surge in popularity, its origins can be traced back to 1500 BC. Originally yoga was taught one on one, teacher to student, before it was put into written word in Sanskrit from around AD 200. Gillian and Teigh have selected their favorite aspects from their studies of many different schools of yoga, blending them into their singular, new-school format.
Through the physical effort of holding and flowing through the asanas (poses), you’ll create total-body strength and balance, tone your entire body, and increase your range of motion and flexibility. The breathing and meditative practice of yoga will also improve the mental connection to both your body and spirit, allowing you to reduce stress, bringing a new lightness and freedom to your mind and soul while you exercise and throughout the rest of your day.
Component #2 BootyTechnically speaking, your booty consists of several gluteal muscles, endless hip connecting tissues, your hamstrings, and your inner and outer thigh muscles.
