P90X Recovery Drink Reviews

I’m in Phase 1 of P90X. I’ve always lead a healthy lifestyle but this workout is extreme, you are burning so many calories with this fitness program and our food today is just not nutritionally complete. I found myself bonking especially when I was doing the Plyo workout. It would be devastating for me not to finish but sometimes my energy was just to low, I started drinking the P90X Recovery Formula during the workout and its definitely improved my stamina.

P90X Recovery Drink Review

Most recovery drinks taste awful and if you don’t make them in a blender (which is not always possible) the texture is just as bad as the taste. I love that you can buy a P90X Recovery Drink box of individual packages that you can take with you on the run. When made in a protein shaker the consistency is just as good as when made in a blender. A bit high on cards though. But i love it

Recovery Drink

This is by far the best tasting recovery drink on the market. I won't leave home with out it when I go cycling. I add a little to my water bottle every hour and I have continuous energy for my ride with no crashing and burning. It does wonders for preventing sore muscles the day after.

PX90 Recovery Drink Formula Review

I purchased the p90x recovery drink formula after I got tired of drinking Endurox E4. Its just as good and $10 cheaper. Same 4:1 sugar to protein with key vitamins, minerals and BCAAs. Its got no aftertaste, which is a huge plus for me. And after a week of using it, I feel i am coming back stronger in subsequent workouts. These guys have good shipping rates. I ordered 2 tubs and paid like less than $7 for UPS service. Will buy regularly.
